Terms and Conditions for Pickup and Delivery

Items are to be waiting at a single
convenient location on the 1st floor or outside. For doors and
shutters, protruding hardware such as hooks, locks, and knobs must be
removed. Hinges may remain on doors and shutters. For safety reasons, nails
must be pulled. Additional charges may be incurred if not done.

The fees outlined in the table are based on
picking up and delivering work to multiple customers in the same trip.
Scheduling is at our discretion.

The fees in the table are applicable only
when all work is picked up at the same time and delivered at the same time.
Split trips incur additional charges.

Special trips and rush jobs incur additional
charges.

The table does not apply to contract work or
on site work such as removing and replacing doors, removing and replacing
pews, or refinishing kitchen cabinets in the home. Pickup and delivery
will be included in the estimate.

This schedule applies to driver only. If
additional help is required to load, customer help or extra charges will
apply.

Distances over 225 miles include additional
expenses such as meals and lodging.
